Assessment and prep: On moving day, your crew arrives at the agreed time and does a quick walkthrough to identify fragile, high-value or oversized items that need extra attention things like artwork, glassware, antique furniture and electronics. Nothing gets loaded until we know exactly how to protect it.
Wrapping and loading: Every item gets wrapped in bubble wrap or shrink wrap before it's moved. Heavy pieces are handled with the right equipment dollies, furniture sliders, and ramps so there's no dragging, no dropping and no scratched floors. Furniture that needs disassembly (bed frames, wardrobes, desks) is broken down and labelled for easy reassembly at the other end.
Transport: Your belongings are loaded into our modern, company-owned removal trucks and secured for the journey. For local moves, your items typically arrive the same day. For interstate moves, your dedicated moving consultant will confirm delivery timelines and keep you updated along the way.
Delivery and setup: Our house removalists unload everything at your new home, placing items in the rooms you nominate. If you've added our unpacking service, we'll open boxes, set up furniture, and have your home liveable the same day.

Yes. Our removalists are equipped and trained to move oversized items including upright pianos, grand pianos, pool tables, safes and large outdoor furniture.
