Acacia Ridge is an industrial suburb with homes tucked between the freight yards and the main roads, so moves here need a plan. As removalists in Acacia Ridge, we handle townhouses, brick-and-tile homes and business relocations, and you get a written quote before moving day.

OUR SERVICES
We provide a wide range of removal services to fulfill all your moving needs quickly and professionally.
Making Your Move Easy & Hassle-Free With OzWide Movers
Acacia Ridge is an unusual suburb to move in. Big freight loading bays sit close to quiet residential streets, so a truck might pass machinery traffic on Bradman Street in the morning and need to squeeze down a narrow common-property driveway in a townhouse complex by lunchtime. We plan the truck position at both ends before moving day.
Homes here vary as much as the roads. Older brick-and-tile houses tend to have rigid doorways, tight hallways and awkward stairwells, while a warehouse or office fit-out has demands of its own. We plan the carry for each one, and use floor runners and doorframe padding to protect the property.
Whether it's a household move or a business relocation, our Brisbane removalists use the same planning at both ends, from Acacia Ridge to the city or across the south side.

Arrived to pick up when expected, made sure everything was delivered safely without damage, pleasant gents on the job. They took a bit longer than expected to pack the truck, but more items than we had expected were able to fit and go with them.

The boys were absolutely amazing!! Great communication, on time and very polite and friendly. My move was not easy, the access was incredibly difficult with very steep narrow stairs and the strength and resilience they showed was flawless! There was no damage to anything and nothing was too difficult for them. I have a double door very heavy fridge and I still don’t know how they got it up the stairs! I would 100% recommend the service!

SURROUNDING SUBURBS
Ozwide Movers Removalists in Acacia Ridge
Queensland's summer heat is no small factor on an exposed, flat industrial suburb like Acacia Ridge. Afternoon heat can warp veneers and stress fragile items, so we start early in summer, keep furniture and appliances padded and out of the sun, and keep transit time tight.
Timing matters just as much. We plan arrivals around Beaudesert Road's commuter peaks and the busiest periods at the freight terminal, so your moving day isn't held up in traffic. Your written quote is based on what you're moving and the access at both addresses, with no fuel levy added later, and we tell you before you book if stairs or a long carry will affect the price.
We also move people across the nearby suburbs, including Archerfield, Rocklea, Sunnybank and Salisbury. For moves across the city, see our home and office removalists in Brisbane.

They turned up on time, were fast, efficient and careful with all the furniture. Everything was meticulously wrapped and strapped in. They were also creative with getting things through doorways whilst still being careful with it.
FAQs
Modern townhouse complexes in Acacia Ridge often have narrow common-property driveways with limited turning circles, quite different from the wide commercial loading bays around the industrial precinct. Our crews assess access on booking and, where needed, use smaller shuttle vehicles to bridge the gap safely.
We ask for the address and the access details when you quote, then plan where the truck sits and how the heavy items come out before moving day. Tell us about the driveway width, any gates and where visitors can park.
We plan arrival windows around Beaudesert Road's peak commuter periods and the Acacia Ridge Interstate Freight Rail Terminal's busiest freight movements, so your move stays on schedule rather than stuck behind rail-freight or truck congestion.
Absolutely our two men and a truck teams are trained in disassembly, angle-lifting and doorway measurement techniques for oversized items like wardrobes, sofas and appliances, minimising risk to both the furniture and your property.
Yes. Measure your doorways and the biggest pieces if you can, and tell us when you quote. Larger items like beds and wardrobes can be taken apart and put back together where needed.
