Making Your Move Easy and Hassle-Free With Us

Affordable House Movers in Kangaroo Point

Kangaroo Point presents its own challenges: a dense apartment landscape, a river peninsula and busy inner-city streets. Around Main Street, Shafston Avenue, Dockside Marina, Kangaroo Point Cliffs and the Story Bridge precinct, moves often need coordinated loading zones, lift reservations and careful truck placement.

Many properties here are high-rise apartments, penthouses and residential towers with strict building access rules. For these we use elevator padding, floor runners and doorframe guards, and specialised lifting techniques for designer furniture, bulky lounges and double-door fridges.

We plan routes via Main Street, Shafston Avenue and the Story Bridge corridor to avoid commuter congestion and event traffic at peak times.

Your written quote is prepared before moving day, with no hidden costs, whether you are an apartment owner, a renter or a resident of a character home. Moving further than the peninsula? Our Brisbane removalists cover the whole city.

The boys were absolutely amazing!! Great communication, on time and very polite and friendly. My move was not easy, the access was incredibly difficult with very steep narrow stairs and the strength and resilience they showed was flawless! There was no damage to anything and nothing was too difficult for them. I have a double door very heavy fridge and I still don’t know how they got it up the stairs! I would 100% recommend the service!

Brisbane's humidity and sudden summer storms call for extra care in apartment moves. We use wrapping, weather-resistant coverings and secure loading to protect artwork, electronics, leather lounges and premium furniture in transit.

Many Kangaroo Point buildings require lift reservations, loading dock bookings, strict move-in windows and body corporate compliance. We coordinate each stage and protect lifts, hallways and common areas throughout the move.

We also work across the wider inner-city corridor, including East Brisbane, South Brisbane, New Farm, Woolloongabba, Fortitude Valley and the Brisbane CBD. Whether you are staying local or crossing the peninsula to the residential streets of East Brisbane, the same planning applies.
